Rules

* No member of the game can invoke, as an excuse for violating this Regulation, the fact that he did not know of its existence.

* The team has the right to modify at any time the provisions of the Regulation; our recommendation would be to periodically read these Regulations, to know any official updates in the game.

* The game operators must jointly respect the decisions under these regulations.

* We are the only ones in a position to judge what constitutes a regulation violation. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions below is grounds for account suspension or deactivation.

Rules of the game

*This is the current regulation. It is recommended to periodically check it because we reserve the right to modify the rules.

1. Civilized language on the server is recommended. Otherwise, you risk receiving a block chat/preventive ban.
2. You are not allowed to use degrees such as SA/GM/GA in the content of the name. Otherwise, it will be sanctioned with a permanent ban/IP ban.
3. You are not allowed to use illegal software. Otherwise, you will be sanctioned with a permanent ban/IP ban.
4. Trades between servers are allowed. On the other hand, trades for real money are strictly prohibited and are sanctioned with a permanent fine.
5. You are not allowed to insult/offend a staff member. Otherwise, you will be sanctioned with block chat/ban/IP ban.
6. If you think a team member's decision is wrong, don't hesitate to contact us on Discord or Facebook.
7. You are not allowed to use names such as iillllllllIll, IIIIllllllIII or any name that would bring insult or abuse to other players. Otherwise, it will be sanctioned with a permanent fine.
8. Staff members like GM/SA will never give you items. They are there to ensure the game goes as smoothly as possible.
9. It is strictly forbidden to abuse some bugs or exploits. Otherwise, the account will be permanently banned/IP banned.
10. It is your responsibility if you want to share your login details with another person. Staff members do not provide support or assistance if the account is compromised.
11. The Neptun2 team will never ask you for your login details.
12. The use of bot-type accounts leads to the sanctioning of all related accounts (BAN IP ).

Sanctions

-The game team will use the following sanctions to keep the game running smoothly:

* Warnings;
* Disconnection from the server;
* Temporary blocking;
* Restriction to game chat;
* Permanent blocks.
* IP BAN

Art.1 Name rules

(1) It is forbidden for a player to have names in the form of spam. Ex: asdafsdfsdf .
(2) It is forbidden for a player to have a name that offends the server, the staff or even a player.
(3) Creating a character with a name similar to the existing one is forbidden.
(4) In the case of a name that offends the server or the staff, it will be sanctioned with a Permanent Ban on all accounts.
(5) In the case of a name that offends a player, it will be sanctioned with a Permanent Ban on the respective account and, shortly after, the deletion of the account.
(6) In the case of a character created with a name similar to another existing player, the character's name will be changed, or the player will be notified to delete his character. If the respective player refuses to delete the character, it will be sanctioned with a Permanent Ban or the change of the character's name, regardless of whether the player consented.

Art.2 Personal account

(1) Your accounts are not the responsibility of staff members. As a result, everyone must take care of their account.
(2) Each player must take care of his account, not being helped if the respective player offers the account to another player.
(3) Each player must ensure his account data is safe. Sharing this data with someone else violates the regulation's security rules according to Art.4. Violation of Art.4 will make you directly responsible for any damage caused to you by offering the account.
(4) Accounts cannot be hacked. Any stolen account is stolen due to you and your negligence in giving the account / using keylogger software, or using the same login data on several servers.
(5) A staff member will never ask for login data; be careful to who you give your login data. You risk losing it.
(6) Administrators can intervene in certain thefts of accounts when the one who stole has too many deviations from the rules. In this case, the stolen account and the accounts of the respective player who committed this fact will be Banated Permanently.
(7) Administrators can also intervene when the respective player has massively stolen 2-3-4 accounts from 2-3-4 different people.

Art.3 Name on the game

(1) The names (guilds, shops / offline, horses, blankets, etc.) must be legal, similar to those from Art.1 (1), (2), (3).
(2) Any violation of these designations can lead from a Temporary Ban to a Permanent Ban.

Art.4 Security

(1) Each player must ensure that each password he uses on the server has not been used elsewhere to prevent account theft.
(2) Each player must not trust another player with his login data. Most of the time, this leads to account theft.
(3) Each player must not use applications/programs given by other players, lying that they are hacks by Yang or MC, you risk being a Keylogger and hacking all your accounts.

Art.5 Spam and lag

(1) You cannot drop open chests in map 1. This can create lag and will be sanctioned with a Temporary Ban or Permanent Ban of the respective player's account(s).
(2) It is not allowed to send a message on chat more than once to highlight it. This will be sanctioned by Blocking the Chat.
(3) Spam is not allowed in a private message given to a staff member. This will be sanctioned by Blocking the Chat.
(4) It is not allowed to bring mobs, bosses, metin stones, etc., in Map 1 through cloaks or special items. This is sanctioned with a Temporary Ban.

Art.6 Events

(1) The players must respect the conduct of each event without insulting or insulting the event.
(2) Regardless of the event's prize, a player is not allowed to make offensive comments about the event or the staff member who administers the event.
(3) Each player should choose words carefully when participating in an event. If the respective player is unsatisfied with the event or prize, he must withdraw quietly.
(4) Sanctions for violating points (1), (2), (3) of Art.6 are Blocking the Chat, Temporary Ban, and Permanent Bans.

Art.7 Commercials

(1) Each player must not mention or discuss another game or server. This may lead to Chat Blocking or Temporary Banning of the account.
(2) Intentional advertising of another server or game is sanctioned with a Permanent Ban for all the respective player's accounts.
(3) Advertise by any other method, such as Names of Shops, Guilds, etc., can also lead to a Permanent Ban.

Art.8 The trade

(1) Exchanging yang/game items for real money is illegal. They are sanctioned with a Permanent Ban.
(2) The trade of accounts, items or Yang between servers/games is prohibited. It is sanctioned with the Permanent Banning of all accounts of the respective player.
(3) When exchanging on the server, you can ask for the help of a team member if you decide to exchange individually. If the other player cheats on you, no one can help you.

Art.9 Hacking

(1) We do not allow users, within the available technical and operational possibilities, to participate in the game and the services offered with hacking methods, client decryption or other means of cheating and abuse.
(2) Software, malicious configurations or decryptions are not allowed and detectable.
(3) Permanent Ban is the only strict sanction for such activity.

Art.10 Insults

(1) It is forbidden to send private messages, or through any game messaging system, that contain insults. Likewise, insults and allusions of an offensive/offensive nature brought to other players are strictly prohibited. For language, the sanction consists of Chat Blocking or Temporary Banning depending on the severity.
(2) Indecent public language between players who claim to be friends is sanctioned by Blocking the Chat.
(3) Insults and insults exaggerated on one or more players can bring the sanction of a Permanent Ban.

Art.11 Threats

(1) Threats to real life that started on this server and were continued on a social network or another communication method will be sanctioned with a Permanent Ban.
(2) Also, if these threats are serious and continue, we will contact the Authorities and provide them with all the necessary details for the investigation of the respective person.

Art.12 The theft

(1) Administrators, respectively, staff members, do not intervene in the recovery of items if they have been stolen.
(2) Administrators must sanction the person accused of theft if there is evidence to this effect.
(3) The evidence must be based on prints that show the Trade when he gave the items and the discussion with the respective person before the items were offered to him.
(4) The loan of items falls into this category and the same evidence specified in this Article, in point (3) will be required.

Art.13 Behaviour with the Team

(1) Players DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to test the knowledge of a staff member or hold them accountable! This is considered "defying a staff member, " leading to Chat Blocking! [ 4 - 8 hours ] depending on the staff member and severity. In the worst case, Temporary Ban between 24h and three days!
(2) Also, when you call a staff member, do not use language like "wa, ba, also, wei, etc.". After greeting the staff member, ask the question directly, don't wait for him to answer your greeting.
(3) Urging the team. Some answers require some time. We enjoy intense participation, but we cannot guarantee prompt answers from private messaging (PM). Rushing the team does not help anything, even risking blocking the chat. Please be aware that you are not the only players requesting information and support. Also, not every message deserves a reply.
(4) The communication through the Store / Offline Store regarding the appeal of the blocking of the chat is sanctioned with a Temporary Ban. Any player has the right to appeal except for the one specified.
(5) Unfounded accusations brought to the team (both on the forum and in the game) may lead to the permanent blocking of the respective players. Whatever you write can be used as evidence against you in an appeal. We will not accept if later you say it was a joke.
(6) Posting discussions with members of the support team/staff (tickets, live chat) without the written consent of the respective admin/operator is directly sanctioned with the blocking of the account.

Art.14 Guild Wars

(1) You cannot turn into a war between guilds. It is sanctioned with a Permanent Ban.
(2) You are not allowed to organize counters between guilds (ghost war). That is, the other team loses, and you win - account blocking for seven days for repeated attempts on both accounts for a reason (the leaders) is sanctioned with a Permanent Ban.< br>(3) You are not allowed to run away to war because you have no players, etc., is sanctioned with a Temporary Ban or a Permanent Ban depending on the severity.
(4) You are not allowed to stay locked in the walls, away from the enemy's attack during the war. Depending on the severity, it is sanctioned with a Temporary Ban or a Permanent Ban.

Art.15 Bugs and errors

(1) Each player must immediately announce the discovery of mistakes on the server or community.
(2) Exploiting these mistakes only leads to a Permanent Ban.
(3) If you notice that you receive more units or goods than normal, you are not allowed to exploit this fact and must announce the mistake. Contact a Staff Member and explain the problem and how it occurs. If you see people using these mistakes/bugs, report them immediately.
(4) Exploitation of bugs (errors) and/or mistakes for personal purposes is prohibited.

Art.16 Farming

(1) Each player has the obligation not to exaggerate the attack in the farming areas.
(2) The server being PVM-PVP, the PVP between players in the farming areas is allowed, but after exaggerating this, you can reach a Temporary Ban between 24h and three days.
(3) To sanction these cases, a report on the forum with evidence (prints/video) is necessary

Art.17 Attack players

(1) Players above level 75 can attack players below level 55, unless they overdo it.
(2) Exaggerating the attack of players below level 55 by players with the level above 75 will lead to a Temporary Ban between 24h and three days.

Art.18 Discord chat rules

1. Do not ask for roles on the server (admin, GM, etc.)
2. Any SPAM activity is strictly prohibited
3. No sexual content
4. Do not publish personal information (including name, address, email, passwords, bank accounts or card details, etc.)
5. We do not tolerate verbal harassment
6. Any speech inciting hatred, sexism, racism, offensive language and insults is not accepted
7. No religious, political or sexual discussions
8. Do not abuse CAPS LOCK
9. Don't abuse emojis
10. Staff members reserve the right to delete any offensive message/picture/video
11. Any method of promotion will require approval from staff members 12. Promotion of other servers is strictly prohibited
13. Do not use other accounts to eliminate 'mute'
14. Staff members reserve the right to restrict your access to the server if you have an offensive account (profile picture, avatar, etc.)
15. The use of images/videos that portray the real-life (of the players) is strictly prohibited and will be sanctioned

Art.19 Discord voice rules

1. Do not abuse voice channels 2. You try to minimize the background sounds as much as possible
3. Staff members reserve the right to disconnect and mute
